bad11 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with bad11 and apply to all use of the bad11 website and its services. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between bad11 and each registered user. 1. Eligibility

To register and use the bad11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. bad11 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bad11 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or family member of a bad11 employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program or have a court order restricting gambling activity.
• You must register using your own genuine identity. Registration using a false name or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

bad11 complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents including a National ID card, passport, or mobile banking verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide valid documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on bad11. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify bad11 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bad11 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.
• All account information including mobile number, name, and payment details must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

bad11 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bad11 processes all deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh mobile banking services. By using the platform, you agree to the following payment terms which apply to all transactions on bad11.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bad11 does not accept cash, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit. bad11 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it can be included in a withdrawal. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• bad11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to network availability.

bad11 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own standard transaction fees, which are outside bad11's control. bad11 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bad11 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your bad11 wallet upon fulfilment of the qualifying conditions set out in the offer terms.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
• bad11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of bonus terms or collusion with other players to exploit promotions, may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid are subject to individual terms published at the time of the promotion. bad11 does not guarantee that any particular promotion will be repeated in future seasons.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bad11 to convert illegally obtained funds.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the intended recreational nature of the offer, including through coordinated wagering or systematic exploitation of terms.

bad11 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If bad11 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any combination of the following actions: void bets and bonuses, suspend or close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

bad11 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means to generate income or to resolve financial difficulties. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If at any time you feel that your gambling is no longer recreational — that you are spending more than you can afford, chasing losses, or gambling is affecting your work, relationships, or mental health — you should contact our support team immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bad11 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to bad11 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bad11 content without express written permission. Unauthorised commercial use of any bad11 content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

bad11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bad11 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bad11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bad11's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bad11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, however caused.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bad11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bad11 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bad11 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any relevant event shall govern that event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through bad11's support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. bad11 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh, and access from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
